Meet David Ross – former Wall Street exec, artist and art collector who is also a board member of Fountainhead Arts where we met him. This month we got to see his first gallery opening at @clubgallerymiami at the Citadel. David is all about expanding his circle of friends and surrounding himself with people who inspire him. He started The Henley Dinners, named after his dog Henley, in 2022 after realizing that he had thousands of social media connections but really only knew a few dozen people well. What about inviting ten people from his social circles from work, art, volunteering and jiu jitsu and sharing a meal and really getting to know them? We won’t reveal everything that happens at the dinners but our group had a stand up comedian, the owner of a vegan cookie company, an artist, a lawyer, a brand consultant, a marketing CEO and a strategist. Then came a year end party with all of the people from all of the dinners he hosted during the year and we met the entire Henley Community.
