It is not a surprise that Ammiel Manevich started his first business three years ago in Miami’s Upper Buena Vista neighborhood. Raised by a family of entrepreneurs, he travelled to Miami every year from Colombia and quickly fell in love with the city. Amazonica is a tribute to Colombians love affair with fruit, and Miami was the perfect place to launch a healthy and beautiful fast casual restaurant.
