THIS WAS OUR first guru, Vickie Pierre’s recommendation. “My favorite stall at Citadel is Little Laos, oh my gosh it is so great. It is just a good vibe, everyone is there to have a good time and it has great music, so it keeps the energy up.” We first discovered Sakhone Sayarath’s Laotian cuisine when she had a pop up in Sixty10 in Little Haiti. She now has a permanent stall at the Citadel where she has elevated her mom’s spicy home cooked recipes adding a style of her own. We recommend visiting the roof top of The Citadel at happy hour to enjoy the sunset.
