THIS IS ONE of our guru’s- Taylor Dante of @Taystytravels – go to places in Hollywood. It is a Peruvian joint started by brothers Javier and Marco Rondon and named after Peru’s Independence Day July 28. Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives showcased the sandwiches made with bread they bake each morning. Their Aji de Gallina is sold out every afternoon. The place is very simple with little ambiance, the fans are here for the food and they come in at all times of the day.
