WE HAD HEARD of this husband-and-wife team, Eka and Fouad Wassel, and their loyal fan base. We were surprised to find a charming restaurant decorated with Ethiopian furniture, playing fantastic music and serving large platters for you to share. You are encouraged to use “injera”, a gluten-free nutritious bread, to scoop up the assortment of delectable stews known as “wats”.
