Breathe Pilates Miami
TUCKED AWAY on the side of the Antiques Plaza on Biscayne Boulevard is a beautiful boutique Pilates studio with a devoted following. We visited with Breathe Pilates Miami’s CEO Gretchen Wagoner to learn how she has created such a tight knit community around Pilates.
She keeps classes small so her team of specialized instructors are able to give personalized attention to each student. Some students arrive at Breathe because they are healing from an injury and others simply enjoy becoming stronger through movement. We were surprised at the comradery and the laughter.
